TRAINING SESSION ON SENSORY ANALYSIS
APPLIED TO CHARDONNAY WINES

The quality measures instituted by the International Chardonnay du Monde Wine Competition have led us to offer a professional training program:

  • Principles of sensory analysis applied to Chardonnay wines.
  • From an international perspective :
      • History and development of Chardonnay.
      • Quality assurance programmes for qualitative wine competitions.
      • Matching food and Chardonnay wines.

This programme is part of the training of Expert Judges for Chardonnay du Monde and is held at the Paul Boccuse Institut.

Available courses dates:

  • Thursday February 13
  • Monday February 10

Space for these French-language sessions is limited.

From 8.00 a.m. sharp until 5.30 p.m.

Participation fees : 590 euros without VAT (708 euros with VAT).
Including lunch and courses documentation.
